Here at Ambishun Fitness there are two classes a week. Both classes are for every level and everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes start promptly, so please show up 10-15 minutes early.

HIIT-High Intensity Interval Training is a class designed to help individuals burn fat while doing various exercises under timed intervals. Show up and be ready to challenge yourself like you've never have before.

Every Saturday

8:00am

Burn 30 is a one of a kind class designed by Ricky himself to test strength, conditioning, and endurance. With the clock set for 30 minutes, let’s see how much of the work you can finish!
